More than just managing hotels, Maheesha excels in transforming organizations and building cultures of excellence that endure beyond any single initiative.

Director Ravindra brings three decades of hands-on operational expertise in the hospitality industry to TLC, with a specialist focus on hotel openings and turnaround interventions. His impressive leadership profiles include senior roles at Resplendent Ceylon and Teardrop Hotels, alongside successful tenures at ONYX Hospitality Group, Cinnamon Hotels, and Hilton. With international experience at City Inn London and the Andalusia Group in Saudi Arabia, he offers a cross-cultural perspective on team introduction and the development of high-performing teams.

Director of Accounting & Compliance, Shihara brings over a decade of experience that spans financial reporting, corporate governance, and strategic advisory, making her an essential part of our leadership profiles. With a strong foundation in hospitality expertise, she possesses the analytical rigor and commercial instinct that complex organizations demand. Her skills are extensive in budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, and business process optimization, consistently translating financial discipline into measurable performance gains. Shihara has successfully built internal control frameworks from the ground up, driven meaningful cost reductions, and reshaped financial operations to support long-term profitability, not just short-term compliance. Director Customer Success Hashini brings over 11 years of hospitality expertise, spanning luxury hospitality, guest relations, and executive support. Her unique combination of emotional intelligence, operational precision, and instinctive understanding of people sets her apart. Her career includes leadership profiles at some of the region's most iconic venues, from the colonial grandeur of Galle Face Hotel to the celebrated Ministry of Crab, with experiences across Sri Lanka and the Maldives, and most recently at Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, Colombo. Where others manage guests, Hashini excels in building relationships. During her more than seven years at Ministry of Crab, she refined the art of high-touch hospitality, expertly reading rooms, resolving challenges before they surface, and establishing the tone for every interaction that followed.
